Standards Based Consultancy

AS 9100

is based on the ISO 9000 model with the inclusion of additional requirements specifically for the aerospace sector, which includes commercial aviation, business aviation and defence. Certification against the AS 9100 standard requirements can be applied to virtually any area of the supply chain, including design and manufacture of equipment, aircraft accessory supply, airport and airline operations, replacement parts, supply and maintenance, overhaul and repair depots, flight operations and cargo handling.

AS 9110

is based on the ISO 9000 model with the inclusion of additional requirements specifically for the aerospace maintenance organisations.

AS 9120

is based on the ISO 9000 model with the inclusion of additional requirements specifically for organisations that procure parts, materials and assemblies and sells these products to a customer in the aerospace industry.

ISO 9001

ISO 14001

An EMS provides the framework for an organisation to identity aspects of its business which will have a significant impact on the environment; set objectives and targets to minimise the impact; introduce programmes to achieve the objectives and targets; and establish operational control measures to ensure compliance with its stated environmental policy.

ISO / TS 16949

is the updated version of the QS 9000 Quality Management System (QMS) standard previously developed by Chrysler, Ford and General Motors. The standard addresses the supplier quality requirements as interpreted for the automotive industry. The new version is now aligned to ISO 9001:2000 standard

GMP / GDPMDS

The Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is based on the internationally recognized Pharmaceutical Inspection Co-operation Scheme (PIC/S) which defines the requirements of GMP for Medicinal Products as required by the Health Sciences Authority (HSA). The GMP sets out how you can establish, document and manage an effective manufacturing facility or resource with respect to safety, quality and efficacy.

ISO 22000 / HACCP

ISO 22000 is a new International Standard designed to ensure safe food supply chains worldwide. It provides a framework of internationally harmonized requirements for the global approach that is needed. The standard has been developed within ISO by experts from the food industry, along with representatives of specialized international organizations and in close cooperation with the Codex Alimentarius Commission, the body jointly established by the United Nations' Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and World Health Organization (WHO) to develop food standards. A major resulting benefit is that ISO 22000 will make it easier for organizations worldwide to implement the Codex HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) system for food hygiene in a harmonized way, which does not vary with the country or food product concerned.

ISO/TS 29000

ISO/TS 29001:2007 sets out how you can establish, document and maintain an effective Quality Management System (QMS) which will demonstrate to your customers that you are committed to quality and are able to satisfy their quality needs. It is an internationaly accepted standard for the petroleum, petrochemical and natural gas industries.

ISO 28000

ISO 28000 has been developed in response to demand from the industry for a security management standard. Its ultimate aim is to improve the security of supply chains. This is a high level management standard that enables organizations to establish an overall supply chain security management system. This standard provides an internationally recognized way of proving compliance with security requirements. It clearly defines the strategic objectives of the organisation being reviewed and puts into effect regular monitoring with an emphasis on preventive actions and continual improvement. This management system supports the operational and functional requirements of supply chain security and is easily incorporated / compatible with other management systems, such as ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.

ISO 14064

Climate Change and resource depletion is causing companies to review its operations and initial practices that will not damage or deplete the environment. More companies are adopting green sustainable operations that will not contributing to global warming. Compliance regulations are coming into force. One example is the United Nations' Kyoto Protocol, which requires industrialized countries to reduce greenhouse gas emissions to about 95 percent of their 1990 levels by 2012. There is a need to reduce carbon emission and to give a guideline to the companies on how to review its operations to ensure that they meet minimum carbon emission standards. ISO 14064 provides the guidelines for monitoring, quantifying and reporting given green house gas emissions reduction in a company operations / projects.

SQA / SQC

Is a quality standard based on the Singapore Quality Award (SQA), which defines the requirements for organisations to meet world-class standards of business excellence. The SQC framework addresses leadership and quality culture, use of information and analysis, strategic planning, human resources development and management, management of process quality, quality and operational results, and customer focus and satisfaction.

S – Class

Supports the world-class Singapore Quality Award framework by strengthening its service capabilities that will enable organizations to move from service quality (i.e., meeting expectations of customers) to service excellence (i.e., to exceed these expectations). The elements of S-Class comprise service leadership, service agility, customer experience and customer delight.

OHSAS 18001 / SS506

Specifies the requirements for an occupational health and safety (OHS) management system to enable organisations to control their OHS risks and improve their performance. It is designed to be compatible with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 in order to facilitate the integration of quality, environmental and OHS management by organisations. The objectives of the system are to maintain a safe and healthy work environment, institutionalise safe working practices and provide for measures for handling emergencies and the prevention of accidents.
